Sorry, CITIZEN ALERT has been away for awhile. I was moving and then getting settled into my new digs, but today this irked me enough to start up posting! People being arrested for exercising their freedom of speech no matter how badly they are doing it pisses me off to no end. Especially by some overzealous wanna be university police officers.
And watch Kerry in this video. Here's a politician doing what they do best - protecting their own ass. He very calmly and QUIETLY asks them to let the boy ask his question but in no way tries to intervene in the arrest of an American citizen for asking a question! This is so he can say, look I said to let him finish but no one was listening. Yeah, cause you were practically whispering it compared to the chaos that was ensuing!
When security guards at concerts get out of hand, how many times have you seen bands scream at the guards HEY BRING THAT KID BACK OR THE SHOW IS OVER! Did Kerry have any courage to stop this mess of democracy. Not at all.
