CITIZEN ALERT v1.76
KERRY TAKE 2 in '08?

John Kerry the Democrats failed presidential nominee in the 2004 election says he deserves a 2nd chance in 2008.

"Americans give people a second chance. And if you learn something and prove you've learned something, maybe even more so." says Kerry.

Does Kerry deserve a 2nd chance ahead of Biden, or Clinton in 2008? No...no he doesn't. The Democrats mistake in '04 was not running a governor against Bush. If you want to oust an incumbent, you use a governor, not a Senator with a voting record!

Now with the 2008 election wide open with no incumbent in sight it will most likely be Senator vs. Senator and Kerry is not the Democrats best Senator for that race.

Sit this one out John.

I believe that if you want a democratic president, you can't have a northerner. You need a southern democrat to get the vote. The last northern democrat we had was kennedy but he had the help of lbj (and sinatra and the mafia). I believe that the first woman president will never be a democrat. The democrats never seem to realize this but history proves it. i think the governor of montana or someone like him would be a great choice. he's a good ol boy who drives a pick up and believes in hard work, the american way, and goes to church on sunday....and he is a democrat. montana is traditonally a red state and they LOVE him.

Bold statement. I like it though! I could see it playing out that way too, and if it does, liberals will have been handed their worst failure.
